Many people are looking for downloadable stuff, mods, patches, and so on.
If you find something that may benefit others as well, post it on this thread.
If you encounter problems with any of the links, please let me know through PM. Thanks!
Post only short descirptions and links, please.
Official patch 2.01 (also in German, French and Spanish)
Many downloadable IWD II portraits.
For character modification: DaleKeeper II
Many mods for IWD (and BG too) at weidu.
One more thing: watch what you install. Don't install mods that you've never heard about, many are discussed here, so it's better to gain some info before installing anything. Only official patches are reliable.
Read the description files carefully to find out exactly what you're about to install. In some cases, even the installation order of the mods may count, so watch out for that, too.
Weidu mods are generally OK, but some of them won't work with certain expansions or with each other (this is more of a problem in the case of BG, b/c there are so many mods for that.)
The IWD mods are fewer and I haven't heard of any conflict with those yet. They all worked fine for me.

Experiences with Ease of Use mod
It is stated in the Readme that you are advised to remove all of your items from your inventory before uninstalling the "random items" component, b/c you may end up having a complete mess in your bag (like rings equipped as shields, swords as quiver, and so on). Now, I encountered the same after installing it, so if anyone is about to use this mod, be careful. (Uninstalling the component turned all my items back to normal, however).

The links are great here that you guys have posted.
I was having a little trouble getting the portraits I downloaded to work. I seem to can't find the portrait part in my downloaded files of the game.
Could anyone head me in the right direction to file my downloads to the right spot in the downloaded game files.
Thanks

I appologize if posting in this thread is reserved for moderators, but seeing that IWD2 mods are not all that numerous, I would like to post a link to IWD2NPC mod, that adds joinable NPCs into IWD2:
The Gibberlings Three Forums -> IWD2 NPC Project
It is currently in public testing.

Here's a great software, that makes you able to play game with better resolution and in WIDESCREEN.
G3: Widescreen Mod
Also works with following (awesome) Infinity Engine games:
Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast
Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn (with or without Throne of Bhaal)
Icewind Dale: Heart of Winter
Icewind Dale II
Planescape: Torment
