Ease-Of-Use Mod collection

Hi, I am trying to use the Ease-Of-Use Mod. When i run the program i get this error, I was wondering if you could tell me what it means, thank you.

ERROR: unable to find DIALOG.TLK in:
dialog.tlk

please run this program in your Infinity Engine game directory.

FATAL ERROR: failure <"unable to find DIALOG.TLK">

In what directory did you place the mod?

i put it in the one that was there when i loaded it. I think is under my name, should i move it?

I don't know what your first line means. Did you examine the archive, and read the readme files enclosed with the mod to see where it should go?

EDIT: If you meant that you installed it in the directory you downloaded it to, that tells us nothing. Was that directory the main game directory? If not, it's in the wrong place.
