Fallout 2 Bugs glitches???

He i got some couple of questions that need to be answered.

1. If you killed the emperor and you go to AHS 9 he will say that you did a good job that you killed him and that nothing can stop him now. But if you use psycho's (Depending on Intelligence) and you int. is very bad, ASH 9 will say good job and if you repeat it all the time you get all the time 5000 exp for free. Is this a glitch or a bug?

2. When you are traveling in the desert and you got the perk (Mysterious stranger) then you meet a stranger who will help you in a battle against someone. But the only problem is when i whas in a battle i had 4 strangers helping instead of 1 and the game bombed after that. Is this a bug??

3. When i whas traveling around the world i encountered the cafe of broken dreams. But... i had already the same encounter so now i have 2 special cafe of broken dreams lol and that means 2 Dogmeat!! Is this a bug??

4. When your karma is very low you get hunted by bounty hunters but the problem is i got a very high karma but i still get hunted by bounty hunters. Is this a bug??

These were my questions i hope someone can answer them ;)

There is no reason why the poll was there to begin with, so I've closed it.

If you have questions to be answered, then please do post them, but there is no reason to put up a poll for something like this.

It would appear you've discovered what makes Fallout 2, Fallout 2. Indeed the game is riddled with hundreds of bugs and you've discoved what sounds like lots of them (some of those I've never even seen before).

However getting hunted by bounty hunters can happen for a few reasons: (If my memory serves me correctly)
Becoming a Slaver
Becoming a Child Killer
Killing King Arthur and his knights
Killing some Brotherhood members

Most of these can be achieved with high karma.
Warning: logic and sense is replaced by typos and errors after 11pm
, it has yet to return
Actually, from personal experience I could claim that becoming a Slaver doesn't automatically put bounty hunters after you. But becomming Child Killer definately does. Can't confirm two last options as I have never tried those.
Most of these can be achieved with high karma.

You mean overcome? As all of those are undependable of your karma. And as far as I know, Child Killer and Slaver status can't be overcome with high karma, those will always stay as well as the results (though the results may get a bit softened with high enough karma...)
