Problem running game..

Hi, I just bought Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 and
after I get past the part in the very begining where you play as the two
droids repairinng the ship the game get's and error and has to shut down.
I have a ATI Radeon HD 2400 Series AGP 512MB video card that it scans as a
yellow warning, I don't understand why because my video card is more than
good enough, and I downloaded all the updates. I've checked for updated drivers for my video card and there seem to be none, and of course LucasArt's provided no help. If anyone has a solution to this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I've been looking all over for help and it seems like I'm the only one who has this problem.

By any chance do you have a Vista operating system? If so search this forum under vista problem. I have same problem. I have not tried any of the fixes for Vista. Just loaded my old pc and played it with XP.

If there is someting at the begining that causes your game to stop, just skip the prologue.
