So, I had some trouble with the Thin Blood quest. When I entered the code to get Lily free, it said it was incorrect and when I checked the computer with the code on it, it said to contact an administrator.
So I did went back to the freezers and used noclip to get Lily out. That was the first problem, but I sort of got past it.The problem now is that I am hours past where I freed Lily. I've gone to the haunted mansion and I'm about to go and slash the pictures in the Gallery, but when I took a detour down to the beach to speak to Lily and close that quest, she's not there. E is there by the water, and the psychic woman and the guy that stutters, but no Lily.
When I went back to my saved games and headed directly to the beach after freeing Lily, she is there and I can close the quest. Is there any way to close it without Lily being there? Because it looks like she takes off without E if you go later in the game, and in dialogue options, E asks if there have been any updates on the Thin Blood problem. Will this cause problems in finishing the game later on?
