Thief's guild

Post by SupaCat »

I'm leader of the thiefs guild and I have a few questions.
1.Why is it when I go collect my money I have to wait another 2 days before I can give it to Renalds Collector.-> Can't I give it to him or does the collector really have to come to me?
2.Can I wait 7 days to collect the money?
3.When I go to the underdark, who the hell will collect my money?
4.Are there any other quests related to the guild I now own, other than the one with Ama?

Thanks anyway

1.) That's just the way it was made.
2.) Yes, you can just sleep for seven days to get lots of money.
3.) You still have to collect it. Because of your inability to pay to the collector, you will lose the guild. To avoid it, the two ways I can think of are: get the guild after Underdark, or don't rest at all. I usually do the latter.
4.) No.

One addition to the question number 3:
If you happen to loose the guild because of not paying the dues, you can reobtain the guild once. IIRC you have to talk Renald again and he lets you retake the guild. Of course, you loose the money which you would have collected during the time you were away, but that's small price to pay. Just note that during the whole game, you get only one chance to get back the leadership.
