Looking for CURSED Potion of Healing...

Post by ChAoTiC1 »

I am looking for a Cursed Potion of Healing. I apparently need it along with a scroll of Finger of Death and 15000 gold to upgrade the Skullcrusher +3 Mace that my cleric is using. I have no idea where I might find one, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is it possible to use the CLUA console to obtain one?

It's a hard one, cursed potions have "milky" or "Cloudy" in the text description. I think Roger the fence might have some cursed health potions, I've seen them before though for the like of me can't figure it out.

I've checked Roger The Fence first, with no luck. I've looked through the thread "All the CLUA commands" and couldn't find it there either. That way would definitely work if I knew what the item was listed as. I've also had no luck looking through the Item Browser in ShadowKeeper. I've managed to find all the other items needed for any of the other weapons that I could 'improve', so this one's really frustrating me.

The cursed potions aren't labelled as such in game, but they are a different colour from the regular healing potions. Pink rather than blue IIRC, or was it green?

I think the cursed healing potion is in a pink/red bottle with a funny shape to it. There could be more than one type of cursed potion in that kind of bottle tho...

POTN25:

Potion of Healing

"When wholly consumed, this oddly murky potion appears to restore 9 hit points to the person. The effect is instantaneous and the potion is destroyed in the process."

I think it uses the same graphic as the Potion of Strength.

You can buy a bunch of them at the Temple of Oghma in the Docks District and the Temple of Waukeen in the Government District.

Thanks for the help. The potion was indeed at the Temple of Oghma. It's just wierd that the potions weren't listed as 'cursed', but that their description was different than the regular potions of healing.
