Handmaiden doesn't like me at all, why?

Post by Nazu »

For some reason she won't even speak to me anymore. I've gone the good route and we had one little sparing match and have been talking fine until Visas came aboard. She got mad about her being there like I betrayed her or something and now for some time will only say that we have nothing to talk about (or something to that effect) when I try to talk with her.

Do I need to get rid of Visas somehow? I like Handmaiden and I think I want to make her my main tank and hopefully make her a jedi too so I want to get on good terms with her.

She's getting on my nerves. Women...sheesh!

Once Visas is in the party, you cannot get rid of her. You could probably try to level up some more and see whether Handmaiden is willing to fight with you again or not. Other than that, I am not sure how to resolve this issue.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

It has been a while, but I had that problem before. As I recall, Handmaiden would chill out IF I didn't get too much influence with Visas or Mira, AND I gained lots of influence with her.

I think I just dragged her around everywhere to show her my good side as much as possible and left the other ladies on the ship. Dantooine and Nar Shadda have the best influence opportunities with Handmaiden, I believe.

In any case, Handmaiden makes an excellent fighter whether or not you make her a Jedi.

I know that my English isn't great, but what is "casue"?
And I'm probably not the one to tell this, but isn't that reply from lorddarthrevan off topic?
And about Handmaiden, I believe when she doesn't want to talk with you anymore, it's a bug, a glitch, you know. I think there was a similair reply on the forums about handmaiden. Hope you have a save from before it started happening, Nazu.

As far as I can make out only 95% of it is off topic. I try not to delete posts that try to answer the posed question, even if the answer provided is incorrect or buried in off topic chatter.

That said I believe everyone should try their best to be both concise and on topic so that the forums remain as readable as possible.

If you have opinions on this PM me, don't reply in this thread.
