sundial?

I'm stuck in the Creator Ruins of Chapter 3. Where is the sundial I'm supposed to use my time crystal on? I've looked everywhere and I have no ideas left. Does anyone know?

it is in creator race ruins

you can pass a door which has a thunder-lighting when you have time crystal.

search the room, you will find some joist , and a sundials.

you can use time crystal on it.
