Hello. I just been in the Jefferson I've made my way to the
Spoiler
mutant lab
There is a enemy the small downstairs room. He won't attack me and he does not appear as an enemy, is this a bug? BTW I can't talk to him

just leave him and you will find out what its all about in the de briefing after the mission
