An Issue, can you help?

During the last time I've played the game, when i load a saved game, it will load and then when I try to move I can't! I can spin in a circle, but I can't use a weapon, jump, walk or anything, and I can only move again when an enemy hits me. I failed the mission to save the chinese dude in the forbidden lands because of this...I had to sit there and watch him die, and only moved again when the enemy focused his attention on me and hit me...it sucks! Can anyone help, or is it just a bug I have to deal with??

That can be caused by your character blocking while you save. The game doesn't correctly remember that you're in "blocking" mode, yet it doesn't fully restore you to "standing" mode again, but unfortunately I don't remember how I managed to move again in such a situation. It could be something else in your case, however (maybe you were just casting a long-duration spell like ice shards or solar rays while you saved?).

Do you have an earlier savegame? If yes, you can still rescue Yamamatsu by always casting ice shards on the ninja enemy and then opening the inventory while the spell hits the enemy. If you do this a lot of times the enemy will hopefully drop dead, assuming you don't run out of spells (and even then, you could just let the game run for some hours to recharge the spells).

hmm. I don't believe I was in 'blocking' mode when I saved, but then again, I could have been. Each time it wouldn't move I was in the middle of facing an enemy. So perhaps I was blocking. I know I wasn't casting spells, I have a tendancy to forget I have spells haha, but oh well. It hasn't done it to me lately, so hopefully I'm in the clear
