Error loading problem

When I try to load my game I get the message:

error loading NvCpl.dll
Invalid access to memory location.

I've run this game before and it worked fine. So I updated the game but I'm still getting the error message. Any ideas please?

Have u tried to uninstall it and install it again? If that doesn't work then it could mean that your computer memory is bad or damaged

I'm a dummy! Turns out it was being blocked by my firewall. I thought I'd given access permission, but I hadn't. Thanks again for taking the time to answer
