Hello! I just had a quick stronghold question. If I start BGII as a Fighter, then dual him to a druid at level 9, which stronghold would I have access to? The Fighter one or the Druid one?

It depends which class you are when you complete the first stronghold related quest. If you dual class before completing the quest which nets you the fighter's stronghold, then you will only have the option of gaining the Druid''s Grove.
On the other hand, if you gain the fighter's SH before dual classing then you won't get the Druid's Grove.
