If you are just creating a character and its sort of a magic based character such as for example a breton or high elf choose the starsign of the apprentince and the choose its major skills to be
-Conjuration
-Mystisym
-Destruction
-Alteration
-Restoration
and then go to any hotel and pay to stay then use a low level alteration spell on the door and after a while your character will be at level 40 in a couple of days (not game time). Dont forget to increase the other major skills as well while doing this.

Better yet they are your minor skills and now the monsters won't morph into worthy opponents.... Although you'll screw up the possibility to raise Int/Will. But you can win the game without leveling hehe.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
