Problem with loading The Mortuary area *SPOILER*

I have done full instalation, played a little bit and killed the deva. After that i should be able to enter the Mortuary, but the game just quits when loading the area. I have deleted cache and temp directiories but this doesn't work. I have even reinstalled the game, but the situation haven't changed :( .
Anybody knows how to fix this error or perhaps could give me any advice?
I run it under Win2000.

Have you installed the official patch and the several fixpacks out there that are available?
If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do.

Apart from that, try doing a full installation. IIRC http://www.planescape.org has instructions on it.

I just recently found out about this bug report for the first time. It's not addressed in my initial mod releases, but will hopefully be dealt with in the next release.

In the meantime, you can get back in the Mortuary via talking to Pox outside the gates.
