is there a second toee out i was checking around and i noticed on a search engine that it said there was but couldnt tell if it was a board game or another computer game

There's "Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil" which is the sequel to the D&D module this game is based on. I don't think it has ever been made into a video game.
Then there's Keep on the Borderlands, which I think is still a work in progress. The dedicated ToEE fans at Co8.org are creating an entirely new game with the ToEE engine, based on this other classic D&D module. There is a beta version available, at least.
