Will get to the point right away. I just arrived to Neverwinter and I've done the quests in the Docks District. Now I'm supposed to go to the Merchant District, but what happens? The game crashes.
I have no idea why this happens, and it's so annoying. I've re-installed the game, and tried without the expansion. Didn't work, so I made a new character, since it's not that far into the game. Same problem. The game begins to load, and it seems as the loading works as normal, (All the modules load as normal anyway, 13 / 13 in this case) but afterwards the screen goes black for a few seconds, and the game crashes. I get this error messege where they ask me to either report the problem or not, know which one I mean?
So wierd ... Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.

I'm afraid the message that asks you to report the problem or not belongs to Microsoft. It's very generic and doesn't really help. Unless you see a more specific error code it's pretty useless.
I assume you've patched your game. Keep the expansion installed in any case. Having it installed before may have influenced your savegames and this could cause problems later, but I'm not sure.
Installing NWN2 on another system was a good idea and it pretty much proves the problem is with your savegame. Your best shot is loading a savegame before you boarded the ship to Neverwinter and see if you can get through after that. If you want to be sure and you can host your savegame somewhere, I can try getting through.

If it happened in two different games, I don't think it's going to be a problem with the saves. Possibly you just have a bad copy of the game. If you bought the game locally, you could try exchanging it for a new copy. You could also try contacting Atari's technical support and see what they say. Their address is listed in the back of the manual.

Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."
