Could you please elaborate? Are you just talking about all the possible modifiers to your initiative score?

If so, Dexterity and Improved initiative are it if we include core rules only.

Hhmmm, Jezus, I think I mentioned this to you in that other thread. Sorry that I forgot about it. Here it is: Bunko's Bargain Basement Reopened

Note: It's late over here, and this is the best I could find in short notice. It has a lot of items that give + initiative, most stacking, so at least it should help you out a bit.

for 4th edition things that increase initiative (not including daily/encounter powers or items)

dex
Improved Initiative feat
Warlord's class feature "Combat Leader"
Group Insight feat
Quick Draw feat
Danger Sense feat (roll twice)

those are the things that add to initiative on a brief glance...however...its to be noted....+ bonuses granted by the same type (ie multiple bonuses due to feats) do NOT stack...

Speaking of which, Jezuz...I can rename your thread to 3.5/3E if you want, for clarification on what edition this is for. I'll probably put a sticky up or something considering 4E and 3.5E are both just about equally popular now.
