The first two look to me to be in Trademeet and the Graveyard district.
By the way, it is not that difficult to get a screenshot of a lich in the streets as they will follow you if they are nearby and not casting spells when you exit a building. The lich in the gate district follows you outside unless you hide immediately after exiting it lair.
I've had a look at the shots - very nice by the way. Unfortunately, most of them are 'made up'. They are not taken from gameplay, but scenes most likely made for the purpose of some extra-snazzy screenshots.
1. There is no (legit) lich in Trademeet
2. There is no (legit) Beholder in the graveyard (Elminster could be the name of the character)
3. No idea who the 10-11 people are outside the troll mound - 6 are probably the 'party', but at this location, there are no other characters. Could be a mod though, could be druids further up the wilderness somehow lured there. Looks made up though.
4. There is no troll in Trademeet
5. Legit - seems to be from the 'Find Monteron' quest
6. Shot from the de'Arnise Keep - seems legit
In addition, the creator of the screenshots are using some sort of custom configuration - if you look at the game buttons, you'll notice they aren't standard.
Could optional be mods adding some or most of the above deviations from the standard game, but my original thought of these being made-up scenes for screenshot purposes still stands.
Actually, I believe that these screenshots are from the pre-release version of BGII. It was first previewed like this, buttons included. Also, Yoshimo had a different portrait.
“The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.”
Here are questions that I raise. I don't know if anybody will be able to answer them. The numbers are for the screenshot order.
1. Why is that Lich there?
2. What is that Angel-like feature on the character? Why is the Beholder allied with them?
3. 11 people? And it's a real mess in there.
4. Troll?
5 and 6 are fine.
Well, in my opinion the majority of these questions can be answered with the ShadowKeeper mode in which a character can take any form.

But still...
1. SK
2. This is probably the effect of a certain spell. Armor of Faith, as well as Spirit Armor, do have such animations on casting.
Beholders in the normal game can be charmed, easiest way to do it is with the Balduran Shield. But in this case, I guess it's SK.
4. You can get yourself a troll in almost any place, using the Cloak of the Sewers. But in this case, the troll seems to be neutral - so SK again is my guess.
Shadowkeeper (SK for short) is a game editor for Baldur's Gate II.
