I'm having a problem with a missing UI icon.
When i shift select a treasure chest for instance i don't get the UI icon that shows the options to inspect, pick the lock or bash etc.
I can click what is there which is a red screen in place of the chest menu icon but i can't see any words or the different symbols that show up for the mini puzzle on picking a lock.
I've played DL before so i know that it's messed up somehow but also the problem really is mystifying me since i've uninstalled the game and deleted the folder from C: and even checked in the registry for anything to get a clue.
As well i've tried this unpatched and then patched with the full install 1.4 and it's the same, i've tried reinstalling twice now and same thing.
Maybe it's something left over in the registry but i'm not knowledgable enough to find the right folder in there.
