Mantle of the Force Question

Okay so I decided to pull out my copy of Kotor and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that you can now download the Yavin space station. So while the download was completing I was looking at a saber crystal guide, which mentions something about a glitch if you are playing a version not patched up to 1.03 or something... So my question is, does anyone know if glitch effects the X-box version?

What the... i tried to get the yavin place for so long it's never updated...Shoulden't it just work when i start a new game?
