How to stop high priestess cathin in chapter 2 ice temple from being invincible?

Nomatter what attack or spell I cast she is completly unnafected, I want to know how to stop that so I can kill her

Cathin? Never had any problems against her, are you sure it's her? There is other high priestess, Oria, who breaks a wand to turn herself ethereal, and you must use the lever in Battlesquare to turn yourself as well ethereal to be able to kill her. Check the walkthrough and other threads (especially the sticky one about Ice Temple) for better reference how to do that, if the high priestess you are talking about is actually Oria.

How long is it taking your people to try to hit Cathin? How high is the difficulty set to? Are you using magical weapons? I don't remember her being an issue, but it might be that I had a different group. What is your party made up of?

Cathin can take a beating sometimes for some reason. But she falls eventually. Kill everyone else guarding her then surround her with your heavy hitters. Pound away.
