Car Meets Phone
anyone here have a hands free device in their vechicle? which one do you have and do you like it? what do you think about the MOTOROKR T505 car kit at Motorola - MotoDanica clips to ur visor in your car, you can take it from car to car and there are no wires so no installation. what would you rather sport a headset or a car kit?
Hmm, I'd rather use the headset that came together with the phone, but I prefer to pull over to the side and pick up the phone. Had a bad experience of a near collision when talking on the phone while driving.

Car meets phone. Um.. crush?

My thoughts exactly.Tricky wrote:Car meets phone. Um.. crush?
And here I figured that this thread was about Xandax's phone getting hooked up with a car instead.
On a serious note, I rather use my handsfree/earphone than getting a bulkier car kit.

Think about it, Xan's novel typing phone and a car... We'd soon have little baby flyers all over the world!

Don't let him know you're on to his plan, otherwise your phone, too, might soon be seduced by Xan's diabolical scheming...(Is it odd that I thought of GB while buying a new phone, about a week ago?)dragon wench wrote:lmao!
It's probably part of Xan's plot to become supreme global dictator..
As dumb as it feels to chat someone up on the phone while driving, I'd probably go with the car kit - funny shaped ears and all that.
I sincerely wish we could re-consider this plan from a perspective that involved pants.

However, I'm not overly concerned because my phone is about three years old, so it probably would not be compatible with Xan's space age vibrating toy
Given that GB is rather quiet these days, it is somehow comforting to know that it still has the power to influence you during the oddest of occasions
Aye... My other half has a bluetooth/headset thingy... I keep telling him that when he wears it he looks as though he has a Borg implant on the side of his head

so you like headsets better thats cool whats your opinion on the H710 headset also found on the motodanica site? the one that has enhanced noise and echo reduction.DesR85 wrote:Hmm, I'd rather use the headset that came together with the phone, but I prefer to pull over to the side and pick up the phone. LOL! I think this is my cue to make an obscure reference to hot cyborgs and Jeri Ryan, but I'm pulling up blank. It is a little odd, how the GB boards seem to have slowed down a bit - I'm sure Fas will come back any day now and post pictures of himself doing the rotisserie with Xan's new phone and a Volkswagen Jetta, though!dragon wench wrote:Aye... Can't help you there. Sorry. I am not that familiar with mobile phone gadgets. I can refer you to CNET for that.BlondGamer wrote:so you like headsets better thats cool whats your opinion on the H710 headset also found on the motodanica site? the one that has enhanced noise and echo reduction.
