Question:If my mouse 'teleports' to another place or slows down to a crawl,is it because of the driver? My mouse seems to be possessed by something

@Chrissy, by now I have to accept that I am everyone's number one suspect for everything that happens on this board. I believe that there will be a day when Weasel will post something, and everyone will be saying: "Flagg did it." Image

I've tried reinstalling and updating my mouse driver, but I'm still getting this problem.I'm annoyed by it Image

I fear that it has also caused numerous hangs whenever I'm playing BG2/Torment.Scandisk(the thorough option) doesn't seem to report anything being corrupted Image.

Thanks in advance for any help

@ Brink..did the mouse problem start after you had installed something? I'm not technical enough to be much of a help, but I'm thinking you either need to reset your mouse settings or check to see your config.sys and autoexec.bat files aren't screwed up.

Good, no one's here. Now I can insult everyone with impunity:

Gruntboy is a wanker.
Waverly is a accusatory retchkin.
Weasel is a filty spammer.
Melosh is a right b*stard.
Foul is an immature as$hole.

wait a minute....

Sucks. I may need to be back here tomorrow.

You never did answer my question up there, Witch King. Was that a trap for me?

Sorry to hear about the week. Sounds like mine. Insane stress at work (indicative of the reason for my unusaully high amount of posts this week).

I must have missed your question. Certainly was not a trap for you. I think you know who it was for. I'll write it, then edit it out:

Saw it. Please don't involve me in that madness. I am trying to be good, and have unbalenced things enought the past couple days.

@Chrissy: hi there. Going out tonight?
