You Americans are a weird bunch... you can drive cars and carry semiautomatic rifles at your 16th, but you have to wait till your 21st birthday before you can touch a can of beer. Here in Belgium we can't carry guns at all and we have to wait till 18 before we can drive cars, but at least we get to drink at 16
