I think it's a different Great Mother (or perhaps the beholder equivalent). I don't know much about her except that my Lords of Darkness book says she's the primary deity of beholders.
You have a point. We've tended to be open-minded, but worshipping the primary deity of beholders is a bit outside our range.
Besides, would you really want to have Blinky hawking his cheese at coven meetings? It gets old fast (unless you happen to like beholder cheese).
Not a chance.

The new issue is up. You have your fix for the week.

Kayless is playing it smart. When he doesn't post his issue at the end of the week, most people -who don't vote every day- will check in every day to see if the new issue is up. If it ain't up, they might as well vote while they're at the site anyway

Or offer them a bigger cop-out... like this.
*clears throat, pulls a megaphone out of his backpack, and places it around his face*
Ladies and gentlemen, I have an astounding offer for all of you! I've been talking with Kayless, and we came to one conclusion. We need new statistics for Dungeon Crawl Inc. characters! And so, I, Galuf the Dwarf, with my knowlege of 3.5 Edition Dungeons and Dragons, am officially working at the drawing table to bring these characters to life!
So, when the Dungeon Crawling gets tough, there will be entertainment! No more waiting for a new issue! No more broken hearts! Enjoy refined representations of Durnkrag, Remus, and all the others like never before!
Coming soon to a DCI thread near you.

You're raising quite the expectations here.

LOL! A hostile takeover by mercenaries fueled by such corporate scum Durnkrag and Beatrice.
Though frankly, I can see a Versace-clad Arudin in a corporate board room. Not too far of a reach, for him.

Hey Galuf, why don't you post what you've got so far at the d&d forum.
I'm very interested and perhaps I can offer some assistance.

Hey, this place is full of nice and familiar people
I've never thought about checking this topic until now.
But now that I've read the DCI comics, I'd like to know who actually makes them? Do you know?

Yep, I'm at fault. I'm actually working on today's issue right now (though I'm getting pretty tired and may hit the hay and pick up where I left off when I wake up).

The new issue is up.
I think I'm just going to offically change the update day to Saturday from now on (which just means issues will get done on Sunday instead).

I knew it!
I thought Ganelon needed something else to do with it after the magic marble was put in the socket. However, I honestly thought he could put in on the end of his staff, and that would be enough.
Still, I dunno which was better to witness, this episode, the MaGiC MuShRoOmS episode, or that episode of "Most Metal Moments" that I saw on VH1. I honestly do not know!

Yeah, I was taking a shot at Jacko. I think I was too subtle though, since a lot of people weren't sure. Doh.

I'm missing something. What am I missing?
Nevermind. Michael Jackson. Duh. I'm going back to my review of an 18th century French opera, now. Bye bye.
