Ahhh, nothing like kicking back and doing nothing... :D (actually I'm swamped with fricking college work, so it's good that I decided to skip Wednesdays)

Actually I've gone back to sprites. That's right, sprite comics, twice a week :p (I'm kidding, I'm kidding)

A DCI cartoon would rock! :D

Okay folks. Here's a classic style DCI to hold you over. ;) Auld Lang Syne, baby (it means "old long ago").

Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

(a) they aren't sitting
(b) they are not doing nothing, they are talking

Sorry to be grumpy and critical....I guess it's just my NDOWT (No DCI on Wednesday Tension) kicking in.....

Okay, they're supposed to be on bar stools but there aren't any sitting gifs (hence the switch to hand-drawn = more detail). :D Talking isn't really that productive either. But technically your points are correct. :o

....and also nitpicking, pointless and a little irritating. You'll probably have to put up with some more of this if other fans also suffer NDOWT.

Y'know, Kayless... I must admit that I actually like the sprite comics the best... It just has that classy feel. ;)

Well the sprites had their own world, and it was awesome...but you can only go so far with the sprites...its hard to see everything, movement can be confusing, facial expressions arent conveyed, and youre restricted to the sprites that can be found.

The only boundary in drawn is the imagination. And with Kayless, thats not a restriction, rather something to contain in itself. ;)

So the sprites were cool, but I feel the drawn will be so much more...you know?

...Plus, drawing battle scenes, especially those with Lepu**y (got kicked by Khangaroth, not so fiendishly dangerous after all!) will probably prove extremely difficult for our green froggy-friend in charge...

Hrm...Id figure theyd be easier...especially because I dont believe there is a sprite for Khangaroth that exists.

When worse comes to worse, you can draw just noises a-la Batman style. Kapowie. Wooomp. Whango....and so forth.

I'm gonna agree on that - while your drawing is good, it doesn't seem like DCI without the sprites we all know and love, taken from the game we all know and love...
