Yeah, it's easy

Find way to create mass destruction (any number of spells), create pact with other players, become epic, get tonsa followers who can cast spell, cast spell on all planes, weaken gods drastically, kill gods, become gods, continue killing gods. This'll work as long as your DM's a good sport.

And how are you going about this, exactly?

As if the first section didn't need explaining enough, how are you going to convince your DM to have an open mind and be a "Good sport" when you destroy his universe in its entirety?
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

I believe we have completly deveated from the original subject. In a nutshell: DM is not an entity that one can kill, and have the other players rally behind you as you verbally assault your DM about their playing style and move on with your campaign. And it appears to the extent of my knowledge that the destruction of the planes/universe is impossible.

going back to 3.0 in the Defenders of the FaithandPsionics books there is a spell for clerics and psions called genisis and if used on the matierial plane than instead of creating a world it kill a certain area of the plane.

Also comboed with the epidemic spell from Masters of the Wild which inflicts disease to some one that your immune to but that in inflicted by your first target, you could do major damage to his world. Especialy if cast near major populated areas.

Add these sorcerer/wizard spells from 3.5
control weather
create undead/create greater undead
plane shift(on local rulers)
Sympathy(on targeted area)
Gate(with a plane of demons or such)

Druid spells from 3.5
Insect Plague
Call lightning storm
Control winds
Control weather
Storm of vengence
Cleric spells from 3.5
Gate
Control Weather
Insect Plague
Blasphemy

Have fun storming the castle- The Princess Bride

I just thought of something.... I'll post it when Im done. The only hint is its for sorcerers and wizards.

Just to clear everything up, bags of holding and portable holes do not explode. Placing a bag of holding in a portable hole rips a rift to the astral plane, placing a portable hole in a bag of holding, a gate top the astral plane is opened and every creature within ten feet is sucked in and shot to a random spot on the astral plane. placing bags of holding into each other creates no problem, as they are both the same type of space (non dimensional). if they are punctured from the inside or outside, the bag implodes and everything inside is trapped in an inaccessible pocket dimension.

If your are careful and lucky, try to get head clerics from every deity together in a neutral place (the outlands is the best bet). If you can get a lost of clerics to stop praying for long amounts of time, the deitys lose their power, because it comes from their followers. that or you can try to organize a mass spellcasting during which every cleric casts every spell available to them, this might disrupt the gods.
