Is it normal that no music is played now at character generation after patch 5.6?
There seems to be a small problem with the whisper of Skelter to Nines since it sounds like a weird radio transission than a real whisper.

Yes, because the music would otherwise clash in the clubs with the background music there.

I never noticed that. As for the changes between basic and plus patches, please refer to the patch readme.
