hmmm, do you have ToB installed? Or the latest ToB patch?
In my game the description is correct. It says that you have
a 10% (IIRC) per hit to drain 4 levels and heal yourself.
Also the Ascension Mod modifies the dialog files...

Maybe for the Demogorgon it's useless, as I don't think he has
"levels", but indeed you can level drain Kangaxx to death!
You may think that he would die before for pure damage, well,
not when the IMPROVED Kangaxx HEALS HIMSELF!!!!!!!!
