i havent played for awhile, guess my facts are muddled
i think that you have a 20% chance of reflecting
but i suppose you'd have to test it to find out
I should be OK... i have around 250 magicka with 75 points to absorb it (50) from atronach and an additional 25 from the necromancers amulet. Im level 18 and somewhat of a spell archer... mostly archer tho because all of my spells were basically constant affect (wasted majors o well) and yea so im basically unstoppable yielding a bound longbow, constant affect levitate etc etc etc. But overall the atronach was messing me up in the beginning cuz i couldnt rest to regen. magicka and potions seemed to be hard to come by. THanks

You do know about the restore magicka potions that regenerate in the Mage guild supply chests don't you? If not, each guild (Caldera doesn't count) has a supply chest that contains fortify willpower and restore magicka potions. Also some books and scrolls of teleportation and cure disease. They replenish every so often so check them frequently.

you can always fight people who use magic and absorb the spell, but i always think theres more then enough ingredients to make u all the restore magic potions u want u just need to memorize them so u can buy them all the time.
oh also if u go to all of mages guilds through the mages guild teleporter u can get DOZENS of restore magic potions just found in their supply chests. Maybe the fighter guilds have some too i dunno.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel alright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more. I may be bad, but I feel good.
If isn't a spell to restore magica, I don't think you can enchant it, because the list of enchantments are based on what spells you have. Am I correct? There may be a special ring that you find somewhere, but I don't think so.
Wow, I noticed that this is a pretty old thread. There are people who posted here when I first joined, and that was a while ago. (I'm sorry, this is completely off topic, but I just noticed)
There is a 50% chance that ANY spell effects (good or bad) not cast DIRECTLY by the player will be converted to magicka.
Therefore
-Drinking ANY potions may increase magicka.
-Getting ANY blessings may increase magicka.
and triggering any traps may increase magicka - with my Atronach High Elf I never even bother disarming traps anymore. I just let them top up my magicka
I'd say it's probably not that great a bit of advice as you have to somehow find your way into another game.

i actually have found a spell that does restore your magicka. you are going to have to create it yourself, however, it is very good.
HIDDEN SPOILER
create a spell that fortifies your intelligence (since magicka and intelligence are measured the same way) to a very large number beyond what you will ever have. then set it for one second. the magicka will increase for that one second and after it is finished will go back down to the original maximum amount your magicka is set at, filling back your magicka that you had already lost.
