My asthma has on occasion leff me fairly immobile for more than a month at a time. The last time that happened, about three years ago, I ballooned up to 175 (from my usual 152-156), I went on a diet of vegetable soup once a day, and all the water I could drink. :D Got it down appropriately in 3 weeks.

Took me a little longer . :D The Tea couldn't have been the reason though. ;)

OT..

Time passes slower if you watch the clock. ;)

Now, doesn't that depend on how sweet you like it? Rumor has it that folk from way down south are quite partial to sweet tea ;)

And to contribute to the thread, so that I'm not murdered in my sleep by fable's minions:
Nothing is obvious ;)

What happened to Fas? :D :p

My take on the obvious:

Regarless what happens today, tomorrow WILL come.

Weasel is really William Shatner.

@Weasel: Well, I can partially blame my expanding waistline on my wife. She's a food pusher. That, and I love to eat what she cooks. :( It also doesn't help that I love to eat what I cook. ;) Some people might think that being 6'1" and 205 lbs is no big deal, but I do. I was at 185 or so not too long ago - lean, mean, and with a 33 inch waistline. Now, I'm eyeballing 36 inches...things are not looking good. :(

Obvious:

When one has a lot of work awaiting, posting, or even lurking, on SYM is not the best thing to do.

I like sleeping

@Mah, how do you know if tomorrow will come? What if the earth blows up, or the Universe somehow becomes a huge black hole and dissolves into nothing? You're not there to witness the next day then...

...one doesn't have to be there to witness when tomorrow comes. ;)

Even nothingness has its own tomorrow to look forward to.
