I thought the sign said "mental welfare clinic", not "psycho-sexologic and mentally deranged clinic for Australian morons and alcoholics" :D

oozae can't help being the way he is, you should see his right forearm, it's bulging with muscle from all the 'exercise' he gives it. His left is withered and pathetic. Really he's just like that horny little yappy dog that's always humping your leg.
