@Flagg: I just began to notice...in general the banners seem to be working differently: If adtegrity or whatever is slow, the page will skip the banner and load anyway. This is really nice. Now about the monkey...
I agree about character development. I am going to order the expansion next week, and will probably enjoy it...but IMHO this sets a bad precident.

Well, let me think...
I think an introduction of staff. Of course we can use profile button, but it would be nice to have them in the front page or so.
Also it would be interesting to make the profile of members (regular spammers, I should say
). Just like the "Anatomy of..." thread without spamming. It has to be voluntary basis, of course...

Well I think the GB staff info could be useful. We have a very short bit on it already. Emphasis on very short. The latter is probably not realistic. We know that the staff will probably tell the truht, but we don't know that for sure about the spammers.
Oops you are talking about on the forum???

I really don't think that the banners are causing the problem for me. I don't know what the problem is, but the banners either load normally or they are not placed. Currently the site is running quite fine.

Interesting idea Minerva..but I don't think there's any way to get the majority of people to be serious
The only thing really missing is downloads..but with the server and bandwidth costs I know that's not feasible.

I just think it would be nice to clear up that "Anatomy of..." thread and make just a list of members. After all, we gave our profile there.

@Flagg: currently everthing *is* fine. Previously though, instead of not being placed, my browser would hang if a banner was not available. Since I haven't changed anything, I assumed Buck had.

It'd be interesting, are all the profiles going to be included? There's quite a few who posted a profile and never came back. Plus, how many alter egos have profiles? I don't recall any..maybe one but I don't remember. Geez..no coordination today..I'm retyping almost every line for spelling or grammar errors

Someone (not me) could cut and past the bios into a new thread without killing all the old spam. Out it in alphabetical order for easy lookup

@ minerva hmm not sure..when we had a post at the same time I refreshed the page and mine showed up..it took about a minute for yours to show up even after being posted at the same time
