I'm not surprised. Now the government ordered to slaughter most of livestocks in the area affected, including lambs who were born this year...

@Minerva: No, I think it was all livestock. Some European contries without the epidemic are quite upset, but the US stance is 'tuff for you'
I'm not sure why it is being imported anyway. You would think it would be cheaper and plentiful enough domestically.
