Since I haven't seen him around in quite some time, I thought this thread deserved bumping. 
So ... where are you, Weasel? Drop in and let us know you have just run to ground temporarily - perhaps in pursuit of some nefarious scheme?

Perhaps we should leave some offerings at the temple to summon him. I'll contribute a can of spam, some freshly made tea and a pack of cigarettes.

44 is International code that is, it then follows 01(whatever)

I was actually going for 001 44 whatever.
You have to dial 001 for intl calls from the US.
