@Georgi: I'm fine, I was out with some friends yesterday, and today I've been doing some reading although not as much as I had planned.

I would like to ask you a question: do you have good definition of spirituality or spiritual experience? What's the difference between spirituality and religion and spiritual experience/religious experience?
