I'd settle for being a minor diety, or at least a demon. :rolleyes: :D

Without doubt, I would be a LG Paladin (cavalier) of Torm. Using the 3E D&D, I would modify that to a half-elven LG Paladin of Torm.

If I believed in reincarnation, I would then come back as a NG human fighter/mage (heavy on the mage, if you please), follower of Mystra.

Finally having achieved enough karma, I would then settle for becoming a LG deity of righteousness, sponsor my own paladins, and try to marry Mystra. :D

I got NG, but the test says it'll go for NG if your answer could be NG/CG or NG/LG, and I know I'm fairly chaotic in RL.

Also, CG is (according to the 3rd edition guidebook) the typical alignment for elves, though followers of Mielikki are usually NG. I opted for CG, seeing as it was more or less even either way.

@Sir Chanak-What did you get in the test?

@Ode:

I took the test a while back. Lawful good was the result.

I meant what class and race were you? Did you get a half-elf paladin, or is it just your preference?

I was lucky (apart from the NG bit, which can be rationalized in my previous post), an elven ranger in service of Mielikki was pretty much exactly what I was hoping for, though having Corellon Larenthian(sp?) as my god would have been fine too.

EDIT-I took the test again, and changed a couple of the answers to which I could have chosen one of two answers and either would fit, and it came up with CG elven ranger/druid in service to Solonor Thelandria. Would've preferred Mielikki, but apparently they base your God/Goddess upon your alignment.
Go me! :D

True neutral Human Ranger Mage, follower of Silvanus.

I think that's pretty close, I had a 6 in human and 6 in half-elf. I guess I don't want to live that long.

BTW, if you can't spell, your intelligent will be similar to an orc. An orc will be a very crap mage/sorcerer if you get the drift...

@Ode:

That was my preference. :)

Ok, I must have taken a different test (on a different website, too) than the one found on this link. I just took it, and the results are:

Neutral Good elven fighter/ranger, follower of Lathander

Hehe, not what I expected, but not bad. I'll take it. ;)

Neutral Good Half Elf Paladin.

Mmmm... Okay. I'm going for a couple of drinks with Keldy then.

And all these months I believed I'm Chaotic Good????

@Aubrey: Why that sad face, I tell you, NG is the alignment
every honourable man should have!
So you're a honourable man! :)

Littiz, I don't have a sad face, I like Keldy (whereas *ahem* you're trying to kill him :( ), and all this honour-bound staff. But I tell you: tresspassing laws seems to me a necessity from time to time in order to achieve a global good and fairness for most people. :D So, I'd like Chaotic Good better; but if that's what I am, so be it!

Cheers

We're only trying to kill Keldy because someone dared us to find any mage who could beat his Keldorn, it's not that we don't like him. IMHO Keldorn is one of the better NPCs in BG2, but a dare's a dare.

And NG characters can also break laws when required, they're Neutral Good. That means they don't care either way, if following the law will serve the forces of goodness then they'll follow them, if not they won't. The only alignments who wouldn't occasionally break the law for the greater good is Lawful alignments.
FYI, Neutral Good is also called "True Good", as all that matters is whether something is good or not, not whether it's lawful or chaotic. :)

I'm a human Ranger who is true neutral. I have a 6 in human and half elf and a five in gnome? My secondary class is druid and I worship silvanus. And I am a D&D aholic.

I said I liked cities. How can I be a city Druid? And I said I hated Cities in the trees. How can I be a ranger and Not want to live in a city in the trees.

Uncle Ode, :p

Thank you so very much for the lesson! But don't you think that a Chaotic Good can break laws easier and do a couple of "bad" thinks occassionally for his/her own interest? Just remember the ransom note which brings you closer to pantaloons. I can't imagine a Neutral Good to keep the woman hostage till he/she gets the pantaloons.

About Keldorn: yes, I know, I read the thread. But I still think it's really sick to try and smite dear Keldorn. ;)

Cheers
