I've checked the 3 rings of the ram, and it works perfectly. Tolgerias re-appears in the room south of where Valygars uncle or something is, you can get the third ring there. I also pick-pocketed Tolgerias -note: he has about 3 other worthless items you get before you pick-pocket the ring, so a well-skilled thief is recommended.
The tip's ready for your guide User!

@User: Just remembered a bit of cheese I discovered. In the hell trial where the demon takes a party member or 'innocent' you can cast SI: divination before opening the doors and you won't lose dex, hp or experience. (Or cast it from a scroll with the potion swap.)
The 'spell' used to make the changes is coded as a divination spell. Found this out on accident when I had SI:div active after having cast it during the beholder/fear test and saw the 'spell ineffective' message.
Too bad nothing works against the stat drain in the spellhold dream or the 'loses all bhall powers' in the same.

Nice work on the guide UserUnfriendly. I would love to put it on my site, but I'm having a big problem with my website right now - can't seem to be able to connect to the host server to update it, something that I really need to do (all the item files appeared to have been corrupted.)
I'll get back to you when I get it working again.

As promised long ago:
The Cheese Guide.
Posted as-is. I used Micro$oft Word's automatic conversion to Web Page, so don't complain about file size.
I've also placed a reference to it in the Spell Reference's Links section, of course.

This was one of my favorites but some %^&*&* mode I installled
(not sure which one) "fixed" it.
This also works on LAVOC in the Planar Sphere
(make sure you get him first time you meet him before he goes red)
cheers

is this cheese ???? kind of smells
In terms of The Elemental Lich in the Bridge district and the Shade Lich in the sewers both spawn and show up on the platform leading up to the Sarcophagus
The Lich is preceded in both cases by the skeleton figure getting out of the ground.
Prior to the Lich appearing you circle the spawn area with fighters that have been buffed up (incl. Oil of speed or improved haste) click on your groups sword icon (bottom left) and scroll your sword around the skeleton till the Lich’s circle "appears" and the sword tilts when you click it. (This will occur just before the Lich starts its dialogue, the lich usually shows up to the left of the skeleton)
Click to attack and several members should get a shot in. Due to the fact that a Lich has very few hit points you can kill him right off the bat
He appears makes his threats and dies
lol lots of fun.
smells a bit
Cheers

2 new NPC's
Nice work!
Would like to add a new one, might be considered "cheating" instead of cheese cause CLUA is involved, but here it comes:
Good old Xan and Branwen by your side:
Enter console:
CluaConsole:CreateCreature("TTXan") or ("TTBran")
Now when the character of your choise appears, immediately pause the game and engage dialogue while the blue circle is still underneath him/her.
If you're too late, the char will sink in the earth and you'll have to try again.
When you succeed, the char will say something from the training mode and join your team.
What's the cheese about this?
Xan has 25 INT!!!! (and he's still depressed

)

Give up CTR Q never, I pick up helpers (non npc characters) via ctr Q through out the game, when you reform the party you get the option to send them to the copper cornet, which I do. Then every once and a while its party time with the boys and girls at the CC. Bill the pirate is great fun
plus you can force the teddy bear killer to join you (like a real dire charm spell) and have him off Neb the child killer...lots of room for
twisted fun and games.
And my family says I play this game too much shiesh.....

The Cheese Guide has been hosted
here (next to the Spells Reference).
I converted it to HTML and changed the version number to 1.3, but otherwise didn't alter anything.
