Scayde, this thread reminded me about how I haven't had an oil change in, oh, eight thousand miles.

This is why I have to buy a new car every two years.

Clearly you are not a convert to synthetic oil - you can get a good 12K out of one change instead of the 3K nonsense. Well worth the extra few $

I get the oil and other associated bits changed at the dealership every 10,000kms, and spend the day enjoying the nice new car they loan me off the lot

I am sure that is sound advice. I find golf a very invigorating and satisfying, yet somehow relaxing hobby. The theraputic applications keep golfers coming repeatedly in hope of that elusive hole in one
