Items for an enchanter/battlemage

As an enchanter the first item I must have is Azure's Star.
This is an item that acts as a soul gem and allows you to trap any soul and use it to either re-charge items or create new ones without ever loseing the star. An infinite soul gem.

I always enchant these items in this order:

Enchant a belt with soultrap on target. Gives you distance so you can switch to your weapon or spell before your target attacks you.

Enchant a shirt with restore health. Amount of health verys per lvl. I always up grade the shirt every few lvls.

Enchant a pair of pants with restore fatigue. Usually around 15 pts for 20 secs. This helps if you don't pay attention to fatigue very often while travelling. It will restore fast in emergencies if needed and you can cast this before battle to ensure you have enough during the fight.

If you don't wear armor then obtain left and right gloves enchant one with water walking and the other with water breathing. If you do wear armor its better to enchant water walking/breathing to your pouldrons instead as you cannot find many useful enchants for the amount of charge they hold. they are usually good for about 10-15 secs of water walking/breathing.

next are boots or shoes with levitate. Strength and duration of spell depends on player. I useually do a longer duration about 30 secs at about 5-10 pts levitate only with the long duration because of the item I am about to describe below.

There are other items I make as well but they are mostly for convienience sake only.

I also create a ring enchanted with fortify jump 40 pts for 15 secs and slowfall 1 pt for 20 secs. This is an awsome item. You can travel long distances fast without any damaging effects while landing. If you add more than 1-2 pts slowfall, when you jump in the air it makes you stop almost at the peak of the jump and doesn't allow much distance making you instead fall in a slow boreing decline back to earth. I reccomend 1 pt so you fly through the air like Hulk but suffer no damage. It's faster than most levitate spells. With this, I can jump mountains in a few seconds rather than cast levitate and walk slowly through the air. (This is my second favorite must have item)

My favorite is my weapon, usually a deadric weapon and whatever I choose as my major weapon type. Enchant with absorb health onstrike. If I am useing a slow weapon then I will have it absorb (as an example) 20 pts for 3 secs. This way while you are prepareing your next swing you still gain a little health inbetween strikes. If I am useing a weapon like a dagger then I just have it steal a set amount per hit like 60 pts on strike. For even more mayhem or fighting multiple opponents, enchant with area effect. This way you can swing at one person and absorb the health of those others attacking you as well.

My last little item I create is the weapon I use as my main weapon. Its a ring enchanted with summon Deadric (weapon of choice) CE. The ring only weighs like 0.5 pounds or less and once you put it on you instantly get a Deadric weapon that is weightless and adds 10 pts to your weapon skill for that type of weapon allowing better chance to hit. This is also excelent for repair bills. If it needs repair, just take the ring off then put it back on. New weapon fully repaired. You can do this with a shield as well, increaseing block skill. Just don't enchant a weapon/shield with CE summon weapon/shield because as soon as you equipped the item then it will summon the new item replaceing the other item, this is known as a parodox. I don't remember exactly what happened when I did that, either it just never summoned the item or it froze the game. It might have switched really fast back and forth between the 2. Hmm, oh well. Those are my ideas. I'm done now. If I don't stop now then I will talk forever about enchantments. I think I've tried just about every combination there is for enchantments.
:mischief:Thoughts of chaos calm my soul:mischief:
