I was 5 at the time. I said, "Ooo! Look at all 8 colors!"

I was too preocupied looking at the awsome graphics on the '84 computer made by Epson (yes the same brand that makes printers now) to notice who published it, and to comprehend what system meant.

And Im just glad Ive changed a lot since then.

*runs upstairs, turns on laptop, starts IWD2*

Ooo! Look at all the colors!

:D ;)

LOL Poor Kayless. His comic doesnt even breach the top 100 on the list.

Well I only applied to the site a little more than a month ago. Image I have to admit, the hand-drawn comics deserve recognition more (since all I do is slap sprites together).

The Kobold thing? That was me. Doesn't tell you much about the comic, but hopefully it's sheer weirdness will piqué some folk's interest. Image

Well, I voted for it. Those comics at the top of the list sure were good though. I thank Kayless for directing me to them. ;)

The site's a great way to let people find some cool comics they might have missed. I've gotten my share of hits thanks to it. I'm glad it goes both ways (so I'm making a contribution and not just being a leech). Image

Ctrl-Alt-Del is hilarious, the rest really don't come anywhere close to the DCI standard...Pupkin ugh.

Thanks. Nothing boosts the ego like reading some of those other comics. There are countless unfunny, poorly written comics out there, the worst of which are those that try to tell a serious story. Come on folks! A sprite comic is not the proper format to tell your dramatic tale of war, romance, etc. (unless they can make it funny).

Yep. Right before the whole "fire up my anus" bit kicks in. Image

Well I got a comic to get done. See you in a little while peeps.

I thought the word was peak. Hmmmm....

Really? So I wonder what the non-SYMers think of the comic...How many new people do you estimate? Or is that confidential, zip your lips, say no more? :D

Hey! Pity! Its always a good thing. :D I know a lot about it. So Id thought Id share the wealth. :D ;)

Yeah. It doesnt get much worse then reading a bad comic. It makes you feel like youve been robbed. :( Like Pupkin. I still dont get whats good about it. Kam is right.

6.13% of my (currently) 425 hits come from topwebcomics.com. Most come from GameBanshee with a few from Yahoo/Geocites.

There's no accounting for taste sometimes. I don't particularly care for Pupkin either, but other people seem to like it.

Come back here with me gold!
Fun Fact: This Leprechaun was originally supposed to be part of the psychedelic vision (Arudin and he were going to boogie) but I forgot to include him. Plus the ep was pretty crowded already.

I'm only industrious on Monday’s, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The rest of the time I lay on my couch, drink beer and play Nintendo. Image

Another fine ep, Kayless.

I don't have a favourite ep, but my favourite lines are "Is it just me or did it suddenly get fatter in here" (ep. 25) and "we're a disgrace to the adventuring profession" (ep. 30).

Some interesting stuff on that voting site. Is there any connection between Gruntboy and this one? On second thought, probably not. Gruntboy is usually entertaining.

Heh, I forgot about the "fat" line. Ep 25 was filled with mean-spirited fat jokes (almost makes you feel sorry for the Archdruid).

25, 33 (Kung-Fu), and 39 (part 2 of the mushroom trip) seem to be the most popular. Unfortunately there’s not really any discernable link between them (fat jokes, Kung-Fu jokes, and stoned jokes, respectively). I guess there's no patern to what's funny. Image

There are many that have had classic moments. In general, you can expect a funny comic every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Ive recommended this site to a fellow cartoonist, though he wants to become a DJ. He doesnt do online comics, but he does do his own independant thing at art school.

I liked both episode 38 and 39, but those alone dont encompass the laughter involved in the other 40 or so episodes that have occured. Hey....youre nearing the big 50 for comics.

I assume he actually draws and doesn't use sprites, like your's truely. Image I have the utmost respect for those people who draw their comics. It takes a lot of hard work to get a good looking comic out.

Well I consider 50 just another comic. Issue 100 on the other hand... That'll be worthy of a celebration. Image
