Two extremely muscly human guards grab each side of your arm almost effortlessly, they toss you fairly hard out the doors, and you crash into the wall of the building all the way across the road. Take 3 damage.

I watch the comotion in the bar while still talking to the young maid. "Well thank you my lady for the information" I gab her hand and lightly kiss it "may we meet again" I head outside.

"Leave the boy be my friends, he's done nothing wrong, just a kid releasing steam.. no trouble rigt?" (diplomacy 14+7=21)

I help the boy to his feet, "you should be more careful about casting magic like that"

The guards gruff, and go back to their post elsewhere in the city.

Welcome the hell back koz!!! Good to see ya alive and kicking. As you know, I just had the crummy experience of being stuck offline myself]

(stumbles to feet, dusts self off) "Hey, thanks. Was just looking for a good time and a tale or two. But ended up taking a ghostly dagger to the chest, heinously insulted and getting tossed on my head like a sack of stale hops. Monarch's the name (slight bow), finding some riches and a name in these lands is my game.

You two see the man with his wolf outside in an alleyway trying to get comfortable enough to sleep. One of the guards nearby notices him and hassles him about sleeping outdoors like a common rat, but without really even flinching, he grabs a small knapsack filled with a few pieces of silver and shakes it to the guard. The guard takes it, whispers to his companion, and leaves.

During your conversation, it seems as if night really is starting to come upon you, more so than it was a moment ago with the moon shining brightly. Thick black clouds now cover the sky, stars and moon, and not even the torches seem to be able to give any light.

@All players-

Without any warning, a sudden pyre of fire lights up the night sky clouds, giving off an intense orange glow and the shape of an eye.

The eye blinks, and it along with all the black clouds disperse and the moon begins to shine in it's glory again.


@Taruil, While you contemplate your decision to move forward or back to Rackul, you see the eye from a different perspective. It seems to engulf the entire city and the surrounding area for a few miles.

T'is true. They didn't seem too fond of my charms in there. It seems all of my years spent in seclusion have left my folk skills somewhat lacking.

You mention "creatures"...is that why you are here? Are you fleeing or hunting?

The reason I got tossed out here was because I attempted to find out more about this Dervish fellow you were asking about. The gnome had just finished telling me that he lied to you, just to get you to leave quicker. So I tried to 'charm' him for the truth in the matter. The spell failed and he called the guards.

So here we are, standing under the skies of doom. For the last time, tell me of these creatures and your cause with Dervish, or else I'm headed to bunk and heal for the night.

These two creatures came to me asking about a person named Madelin, then the next thing i know they torch my forest....
