Well, the only other Sun Elf that auditioned for the part left when he learned that the Archdruid would be bodyslamming him at one point in the story. Kay didn't have much of a choice. :D
Huh. That explains a lot. Its too bad. I think even Aerie in drag could have done better! (unless that really is Aerie in drag playing Aruden.....  )

:D

Nice to see a new episode. Bea looks great, did she do something with here hair.
Also good to see Arudin is back to his old self.

Good episode and worth the wait.

Are you so certain Arudin is really a he? I think my theory (above) merits investigation. I'm calling Scully and Muldur. :D

I think I just improved my style of drawing her long haired look. ;)

He always was his old self. :p All his concern for Durnkrag was based on the effect it would have on his pocketbook.

So Teagan was straddling Krag? What a shame he was 1) heavily injured, and 2) a paladin, and therefore couldn't appreciate it. :D ;)

Actually she was supposed to be kneeling behind him but what the hell, straddling makes the scene better. :D

Definitely. I think it gives people who read your comic strip something to think about, provided they're no wearing anything too tight. And I can hardly wait to find out what powers the magical gumball possesses! :D ;)

Just why are the Shadow Pack "in their element" at night? Can't their werewolf operate in that form, day or night? Just what makes them stronger at night? Infra-red glasses?

I love Thaddeus' remarks in that last panel. I think you just about encapsulated several traditions of parenting tradition, there. :D

Well they are the Shadow Pack, darkness is their thing. ;) Besides, Remus can't go wolfy during the day without people seeing and calling the city watch and Mac is also much better off in the dark (as Teagan would be if she were with them, being a drow and all). Plus Arudin's spells for the day were running a bit low (Ganelon, being a sorcerer, can cast many more spells per day).

I think Krag made the prudent choice, regroup and recover before launching a counter-offensive. But don't worry, he has a plan for catching up to them. ;)

Yep. :D It's cliché but more often than not true (Not from my folks thankfully, but some of my friends' parents nag them about settling down). :D

Thanks guys. :D I think I've been watching too much Conan O'Brien lately (with his "If They Mated" bit). ;)

Hey, if anybody cares, DCI is currently #10 on Top Web Comics.  King of the world baby.
:D

I'd like to thank all the little people whose backs I stood on to get here. This victory is yours as well! :D

DCI's place on top ten is only the most tenuous of toeholds, but it’s probably better that way. If I get too much traffic I’ll exceed my monthly bandwidth. :o I guess I can always find something to complain about.

I'd like to think it was because all the GB cameos :D

BTW, playing through Hordes of the Underdark, I noticed something weird. Apparently there was a statue/tomb of a man who was known as the killer of chickens... I wonder if the Bioware Dev's read your comic ;)

They probably play the Legend of Zelda alot. The chickens in those games are dangerous foes. :p

I agree, the helmet hair is priceless!

And no. 9 on the list - congratulations! :)
