The Witcher Enhanced Version - preordering, where, how?

Hello!

I'm wonder is the Enhanced Version availble for preorder OTHER than Amazon.com (it says that it only ships to USA).
I really want to get the Enhanced Version box with all the great goodies.
Anyone have any info on this?
