Vaermina, Black soul gems?

Vaermina, Black soul gems?

Hey I was doing vaermina right, and i looked at the walkthrough and it says where i can find soul gems, it says i can find it at a certain place, but do any of you know where this certain place is? Near bruma, left from the imperial city? etc.
