Unleashed Hell Bomb recipe

Post by NocturnalPurple »

Ok this recipe took me several trial and error attempts in my quest to unlock the achievements.

The trick is to -NOT- use permanet effect minerals

Here is my Recipe:

6 Emerald
2 Sapphire
1 Friend to Foe

In that order

Anything less in that gave me a Hell bomb. My alchemy is 10. If you added 1 more Emerald to make 7 it proves to give the same effect, so keep it at 6 otherwise you'll waste an ingredient

Here is the stats of my Unleashed Hell Bomb using 6 and 7 Emerald:

Blugeon Damage: 27,000-33,000
Cold Damage: 30,000
Required: Set Trap skill at lvl 8

you could possibly use another plant but the damage must be above -100 HP and the effect musn't be too long otherwise you might make a trap.

GameBanshee should add this to their list of Recipes since you don't have a bomb recipe, which is needed for fullfilling achievements! :D

Edit: Ok I was messing around with the recipe and I found out you need this many of temporary effect minerals and 1 plant

Basically you're temporary affect minerals ((IE: Amythest, Emerald, Saphire)) should not exceed 8 total and the organic material should be a plant over -100 HP but not exceed 3 minutes to become a trap.

So you can have 2+2+4+1 or 4+4+1 or 6+2+1 or 7+1+1 or 8+1 or 2+2+2+2+1 the 1 being the plant.
Temporary minerals should be 8 altogether with 1 plant exceeding -100 HP and not exceedign 3 minutes

Remember do NOT use a permanent effect mineral or you'll get a power up for your weapon.

When I come back from getting a new computer desk and chair I"ll look up in my official strategy guide for plants that can be used and where you are most likely to find them. Please thank TopWare Interactive and Reality pump for listing these plants in their strategy guide.

Edit 2: Ok I'm back now let me start listing the plants that can possibly be used and where to find them.

Hemlock - found on grassy areas/ meadow areas
Screama Badilla - tall meadow flower ((thinking tall grass areas))
Hot Rot - grows in meadows near both still and flowing waters
Flagelle - likes growing in open spaces
Aconite - found on ground near any still or moving water
Friend to Foe - grows mainly in the Northern Region

Some Temporary Effect Minerals:

Calcite- located on protected spots on cliffs or stopes
Haematite - dwarven mines
Desert Rose - desert to orcish inventory
Mica - found all over
Pyrite - not sure, possibly people's chests
Topaz - catacombs
Sapphire - People's Chests/Closets
Amythist - People's Chests/Closets
Emerald - People's Chests/Closets
