Nvidia's driver updates keep screwing up more and more on my system - the last update created weird, pulled polygon effects, it looked like spikes were stretching out of character models in Mass Effect. Same with Civ 4. VTMB: Bloodlines crashes in the opening screen, Icewind Dale 2 freezes during character creation, and whereas Baldur's Gate II was working 2 days ago, it now flashes constantly and leaves pointer trails across the screen after I updated the drivers yesterday (July 9th). Can anyone tell me if they're having similar problems, and what are the last sets of Nvidia drivers (I've got two 7900 gtx running SLI) that play these great games?

That's not okay. Try reverting back to increasingly older drivers until you find one that work best with your particular system configuration. It's generally a good idea not update hardware drivers unless you're already experiencing problems.

You could also try out alternative drivers, such as the ones found here:
