These are not rules and thus not required, but here are a couple recommendations for your thread to make it easier and quicker in getting results.
Put in Parenthesis or somewhere in the thread title what edition the thread will be talking about. Good idea to help people who are still interested in third and want nothing to do with fourth edition, and vice versa.
In your thread when asking about rules, clearly label what books you are allowed to use in terms of these rules. Ergo, if you want a powerful character example, list the books you are allowed to use to make said powerful character, as well as any house rules or custom rule variants from the game.
