Draedoth Temple THIS IS MAKING ME MAD!
Grrrr. I just started to battle through the Draedoth T...I have gone down and retrieved the 'skull key' to get through the gates, but when I went back up and was on my way to the entrance hall, the last gate on your way back is closed! I can't get back to the entrance and to the Elemental of evil! I didnt close the gate on my way to get the skull key, why is is closed! I dont think you had to open it somewhere else, but I pray to God you do because I don't want to start the whole friggin game over. Please someone tell me that there's hope of getting past the gate!
I have played several times and don't recall a problem here. I am playing now and just entered temple, so will check it out. I usually save game prior to entering temples due to glithes in game and pc. I don't overwrite saved slot until am out. Best to open new slot after entering. Saved a few headaches.
Don't give up to soon. Make sure you have done everything possible in area. You will at least gain exp. while trying to find a fix. I will let you know what I find.

I remember getting lost in that temple and locked doors etc. I just kept wandering until found way out. One thing I remember is a guy who had some item or key fell in a pit and I had to jump down where he was and kill him to get the item then there was a way back up. Dunno if that help? Hope you have a saved game! And good luck.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
I just completed that section and went back out the way I came in. Up elevator, etc. Found no problem. Did you maybe hit lever again before you went through. If so, it would be possible to lock yourself in. I tested it and you can get through before it closes. Then you can not get back. Lever is out of reach. I hope that is not the case.
well, i think that may have been the case I killed a few succubus's and those tomb mummies there, and possibly hit the lever again while I was picking up the dropped items while running through. Luckily I had saved a game a ways back, not real close to where I was at, but not the beginning anyway. So I went through and did the temple again and had no problem that time. So I think that is what probably happened. Thanks for all the help guys!
